If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon delivery. Lantz Enterprises will reimburse your money minus our shipping and custom charges. Just ship the product back to us undamaged and unused and your card will be credited when we receive it.

Damages during shipping.

We will replace any damaged merchandise at no charge to you. You do not have to ship it back to us. However, you must notify us of any damages within 7 days of arrival and keep the packaging. Somebody from FedEx will likely come by to inspect the box. Failure to notify us in 7 days and keep the packaging will result in a denial of your claim.

1 year warranty against any defects.

If your product has any manufacturers defects within a year from purchase. Lantz Enterprises will replace it at no cost to you.


Shipping and packaging information.

We ship by ground with FedEx. An order will typically arrive two weeks or less after purchase. An e-mail will be sent to confirm an order and a second email will be sent with the FedEx tracking code when we ship the tank. Shipping charges are based on average fees across U.S.
